His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any inquiries made me feel valued as a guest. Furthermore, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The attention to detail in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness did not go unnoticed, and I felt at ease throughout my stay. The luxurious ambiance, impeccable facilities, and warm hospitality truly stood out. However, I did encounter a small issue during check-in. I was initially provided with the wrong room number, which caused a bit of confusion and delayed the start of my stay. While this was eventually resolved, I believe it’s an area that could use improvement to ensure a seamless experience for future guests. Thank you for the otherwise excellent service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and outmost kindness from Jack at the front desk, he truly helped setting the tone for the entire visit. We can’t thank him enough! We wanted to thank Jack ourselves upon checking out but unfortunately he wasn’t there at the time. Great staff experience overall, friendly and helpful, amazingly clean and chic room with an excellent room crevice. Overall, we had an unforgettable stay and will definitely be returning.

Charles the Concierge was very accommodating and helpful. No request was too big from arranging a tour, booking tennis tickets and finding World Cup T-shirts and always with a smile. Any minor issues were handled and resolved immediately by the reception and management. Overall very professional and welcoming staff everywhere in the hotel. Never encountered a rude or disrespectful person anywhere.

Not only was everyone there helpful and catered to our needs, but they upgraded our room when they found out that it was our anniversary, and had a celebration slice of cake sent up. Service aside, the cleanliness of the room and the sheer number of facilities in the room (walk-in closet, a bathtub with a sea view, among others) and around the hotel (sauna, steam room, gym, 2 pools, a myriad restaurants including one in which the menu was created by a Michelin star chef) made it a great stay.
